How are you coping with the downturn in business? What changes are you making to dampen the impact? How does the staff feel about working in this environment? Is it difficult for vendors to get product to your door? This must be nerve racking if not depressing for many.

I have continued to dine out and increased my tip %. I choose local restaurants over chains almost all the time. I still feel fine and am not around anyone elderly but I wonder if I should stop eating out just to slow the spread. It seems counter to what I believe is a huge need to support businesses I enjoy. It leaves me with a sinking feeling that we'll see more shut down over the next several months.
