Four Corners of the Earth in Burlington, VT

I haven't seen anyone else post about Four Corners of the Earth in Burlington, VT, so I figured I'd better let everyone know about this fantastic place. It is a little sandwich shop downstairs in the building next to Recycle North (at 310 Pine St.). The decor is all funky couches and found objects, and the owner is a really colorful and fun guy. All his sandwiches are internationally themed, from Japanese Tuna to Vermont Turkey to Greek Artichoke (my favorite), and there have to be 30 different offerings on the board. There's also soup and cookies depending on the owner's whim, and a good selection of local sodas and juices. Everything I've had there is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable - $5 to $6 for most sandwiches. It's got to be my favorite spot for lunch - I can't visit Vermont without stopping in.
