I need help. I was wanting to make some kind of corn pudding for Xmas as a side dish, but I'm worried about it because it will have to be made and then reheated, and all of the recipes I have read say you serve it immediately. My questions are as follows:
1. can you serve it reheated , and what will happen?
2. If not, can anyone suggest a similar side dish? I have enough root vegs, dont want any more green veg... and my family does not eat cheese, so that is out. Any suggestions??
