Where can I buy corn flour?
Is this the same as "masa"?
I understand that there is a company in Chicago called "Schumaker" (sp)that produces a nice smooth corn flour.
I am deep frying Ipswich fried calms and all the best recipes call for corn flour.
Ipswich fried clams are about $50 a quart (shucked) if you want them in California, so I don't want to *$%# them up.
