Cooling rack slides around a little in the baking sheet...

Recently bought from Target the Calphalon "Kitchen Essentials" baking sheets 2-pack and then 2 Kitchen Essentials cooling racks to go with them.

The racks fit inside the sheets okay. They fit perfectly long ways, but side-to-side there's maybe an inch where the sheet slides back and forth.

Is that normal? I don't have much experience with them save for when I was a kid and using them at a restaurant we worked at. They were much bigger, think they were called full size where-as these are quarter sized or something. But those racks fit in those sheets perfectly.

The measurements on the baking sheet are listed as 12" x 17". The rack lists as 11" x 16".

Should I return them to Target? Googling around about this, I saw where Costco has a sheet and rack combo that they sell in one package, so I'd assume that sheet and rack fit better? Would it?
