So last month I do the 14 day trial thing on the website. Conveniently, for them, while I can log in to see recipes and such I cannot access my account info, it just times out and says there is an error every time. I get tired of trying and call to make sure its canceled before the 14 days are up. Not much trouble dealing with the person on the phone, says we're all good and my membership will end.
Except that now I have a charge from them for this month. I am a little upset.
