What's Cooking in Tulsa

In response to this post by Oscar Ringtail on the Texas board:

My wife has business in Tulsa. I'm going for the ride and would like to find some good eats.

There are a number of good spots in Tulsa, though unfortunately there are a far greater number of chains like Cheddar's and Joe's Crab Shack which receive fawning praise from the local press and droves of local eaters. Avoid them. I've attached a previous thread of with some of my recs, and I will supplement it with two more--Bodean's for fresh fish, they have a takeout market and a restaurant. My in-laws live in Tulsa, and though I've never been to Bodean's, they swear by it. Also, my wife just returned from visiting her parents and raved about a new place called Da' Boat, serving New Orleans-style po' boys and other goodies. I think it bills itself as an oyster bar.

The places in the attached link I have been and recommend. Regarding the Lebanese steakhouses, I won't guarantee the best steak you've ever had, but there seems to be something quintessentially Tulsan (or maybe Oklahoman) about the experience.

If you have any more specific requests or would like more detail on any of these places, please let me know and I will see what I can do.
