I'm wondering about specific benefits to cooking with stainless over nonstick in *sauciers/saucepans*.
For instance, are there specific things you can cook only in stainless saucepans, or things that don't work as well in nonstick pots?
I can think of recipes and foods that work better in stainless frying pans and sauce pans, but not specifics for saucepans and sauciers!
