My five year-old really wants to try rabbit. However, she dislikes garlic and tomato sauce. All the rabbit recipes I can find seem to be garlic heavy or have tomato based sauces. I've had one or the other in every restaurant rabbit preparation I've had, other than the sichuan preparation, which is too spicy for her palate.
Can I cook rabbit pretty much as I would a chicken? Does anyone have some simple preparations for rabbit?
