"Cooking with the Great Cooks," from the De Gustibus Cooking School

Does anyone have this book or know anything about it? I bought it in the bargain book section at Borders, and I can't even find the right one online anywhere. It has recipes from the likes of Julia Child, Bobby Flay, Paula Wolfert, etc. It's written by Arlene Feltman Sailhac, the founder of De Gustibus Cooking School. It has a red cover with three pictures across the middle with what looks like a pasta salad, a fish dish, and a crepe and fruit stack. The link is the only thing I can find about it, if that's indeed the one I have. What I can't tell is if these are actually the chef's recipes or if they are the school's interpretations of their recipes? It seems to be legitimate, but for some reason, I'm second guessing it... maybe because it was a bargain! I just have a suspicious feeling. At any rate, does anyone know anything about it?
