Cooking for Crowds

It looks like I'm going to do the catering for my own 20th anniversary party....(sigh).....So, can I get some recommendations for cook books that address large group entertaining? We will probably have 40-60 people and the venue (as of now, we don't have one other than my father-in-law's backyard) will hopefully be indoor/outdoor as Pittsburgh can be brutal in August. What books do you favor and WHY? I already have Susan Wyler's "Cooking for a Crowd" (both editions), but I'd like some other options. I'm thinking buffet, not sit down dinner. Not as casual as a picnic or barbeque. Nothing too fiddly - I'm not going to be making zillions of precious little hors d'ouvres glazed with aspic. I do, however, have the luxury of a niece who is a professional kitchen manager (to help beforehand, not to run the party) and I probably will hire a couple of people to clear plates and restock the buffet. Any suggestions for cookbooks or recipes that serve 40 will be greatly appreciated.
