I am interested in learning to bake bread and also in modern vegetarian cooking. I've attempted several recipes in each category but would like to see how it is supposed to be done, especially with breads. Recommendations to hands-on courses and/or teachers appreciated. South Bay/Westside preferable but I am willing to drive.
