so i finally broke open a very old bottle of bailey's (it's probably between 10-20 years old). i discovered rather quickly that i do not like bailey's, sam i am. assuming it is near impossible for bailey's to go bad, i'd like to salvage it by cooking with it. it's the strong whiskey taste that i don't like, so i'm fairly certain that incorporating it into a recipe will resolve that issue.
any great recipes using bailey's that you can recommend?
