I cooked some great steaks last night! Check out the pics.

Last night my mom and I wanted some filet mignons, which she asked me to cook since she claims she can't cook a good steak (I refuse to believe it). To go with it all, I served up some:

Fresh Homemade Bread with Butter and Roasted Garlic

Antipasti

A Steakhouse Wedge Salad with Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

Baked Potatoes

and Grilled Corn with Garlic and Parmesan.

To go with the steak, I made a Brandy cream sauce and for dessert I made a pound cake.

She seemed very impressed, and said I am becoming a very good cook. Please check this link out and let me know what you think and what needs improvement. Hope you enjoy.
