Last night my mom and I wanted some filet mignons, which she asked me to cook since she claims she can't cook a good steak (I refuse to believe it). To go with it all, I served up some:
Fresh Homemade Bread with Butter and Roasted Garlic
A Steakhouse Wedge Salad with Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing
and Grilled Corn with Garlic and Parmesan.
To go with the steak, I made a Brandy cream sauce and for dessert I made a pound cake.
