I'm fresh out of ideas and was wondering how to use up what I have in the fridge. Here's what I have: approximately 1 lb large tiger shrimp, a medium butternut squash, 3 boneless, skinless whole chicken breasts, garlic, onions, ginger, scallions, 3 kaffir lime leaves, arborio rice, canned coconut milk, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin/oyster sauce, red curry paste.

Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
