I cant stand cleaning measuring cups.
Rather than mark my pot I zero out the pot on my calibrated cheepo electronic scale and add the predetermined amount, two cups milk/water are 18oz and 16oz. Mixing bowels are handled the same. One can add, say, 10oz flour, zero it and then add 5oz sugar.
Im converting all recipes to weight.
Anyone have further ideas on this.
Further thought is why dont more cookbooks contain weight measurements.?
