Conca D’oro chocolate cookie bars

TAS826 | Jul 18, 201904:11 PM

Hello. I was hoping someone may have a recipe posted in a 1970s Bon Appetit RSVP. It was for an Italian cookie from a bakery in NJ called Conca D’oro. The bakery will no longer share the recipe but I k ow it is out there somewhere:) it looks like a small biscotti with chopped(dyed green) pignoli nuts on top. It has a tender bite to it- I know there is apricot jam in the recipe . They are delicious and I would love to have the recipe to recreate them for my family. Many thanks if you have it!
