Any thoughts on the above would be appreciated. How good are the Wild Game preps at Patina? Worth the price for someone who fancies those sort of things?
Second, any thoughts on Waterloo & City? Menu has a lot of appeal, but how does it compare to other similar "small plates, big flavor" places in LA - Animal, Red Medicine, Gjelina, A-Frame, etc?
Actually - a third question - any places in LA doing ultra aged meats either on or off menu? Things like Saison in SF or Roberta's in Brooklyn (birds > month, etc)
