Meatloaf (Alton Brown from FoodTV.com but tweaked to my liking), baked macaroni and cheese made with small shell pasta (my "secret" ingredient is fresh nutmeg) and fresh steamed green beans. If I do say so myself, my meatloaf was da bomb!!!!
