cold soup challenge

i have leftover buttermilk-sage mashed potatoes, buttermilk, and corn stock. i would like to combine these ingredients to make a chilled soup. i am thinking of thinning the potatoes with corn stock and/or buttermilk and adding .... whole corn kernels? pureed sauteed summer squash? what do you think? all suggestions appreciated, as i am new to the world of chilled soups.
