Cohiba Restaurant - Pembroke Pines

We had dinner here last week and it was delicious. We shared a wonderful salad with greens, fried goat cheese and pancetta. I had the duck which was their rendition of Peking style and it was excellent. My husband had a safron risotto paella which was also outstanding, and a friend had a plantain crusted sea bass which he loved. Large portions, fair prices. They only serve beer and wine, but the wine list was adequate. It's an out of the way location, about a mile west of 75 off of Pines in kind of a medical complex. The people at the table next to ours also had some wonderful looking food and, from their conversation, also wonderful tasting. For us a far drive, but for people west you're in luck.
