Coffee & Tea 3

coffee in the financial district--cry for help

Among the many rigors of working way-way downtown is that a good cup of coffee is impossible to find. It's gotten so bad that I've taken to making tea at work. But sometimes I desperately need a great cup of coffee. Is there anything at all down here that's not Starbuck's, a Timothy's, or a New World--that is, that's not a cruel corporate parody of a good cup of coffee? I know about the chocolate shop in Hanover Square. It's allright, but I've had it too many times. It's not hitting the spot.
Is there even one quality indie coffee seller down here?
I'm not particular--drip or espresso-based will do.
Thanks in advance.
