How can I keep my Ice Tea from Getting Cloudy? My Recipe follows.
2 Cups Cold Water with 5 Lipton O.P. Teabags in a S.S. Pot,
Bring Mixture to about 190F, off heat stand for three minutes,
Remove Tea bags, add 4 to 5 Tablespoons of white sugar,
Add water and Ice Cubs to bring tea to one quart. Add juice one lemon, no pulp,
At this point the Tea is clear. It is only after refrigeration the tea turns cloudy.
Is it that I must look for the sliver lining, (at least it is not powdered Mix), and still taste very good?
