after a bad day at the office chomping on Mrs. Field's cookies, coffee, dense focaccia bread with ham, chocolate, etc., i feel gooky inside. and worst of all, i feel nautious at the thought of food.
to prepare myself to eat some tasty new recipes at home, i tried downing some water with a few tablespoons of vinegar, and also some carbonated water... worked okay... well, i'm not sure if it worked or if i was just psyching myself out.
do you know how to clear out the palate?
(an interesting thing: at dept stores, the perfume counters have cups of coffee beans on hand to clear one's olfactory glands... i'm looking for something like this, but for my palate)
