I have an Atlas pasta machine with the fluted ravioli cutter attachment.
I have not used the ravioli attachment in years, however after it's last go round I
did clean as suggested with flour and the stiff brush as recommended by Atlas.
When I unpacked it recently, it has tiny bits of "stuff" around the flutes;
is it time for a toothbrush-and-alcohol cleaning around both sides of the cutting wheels?
I have read both sides of the Immerse-then oven dry/Immerse? My-God-Are-You-Crazy?! discussion.
I live in Colorado where dry air is the norm so I am pondering what to do.
All suggestions are welcome!
