Cleaning/Restoring Old Tin Pans

JosephInOhio | Oct 3, 201910:18 AM     18

When I am out in the wild, hitting thrift stores and estate sales, I frequently find these types of old tin skillets.

I don’t know why but I just think they are very cool with there different handles and I always think they would look really cool as a decoration or maybe even to use. I don’t know the value of using them as cookware. Most of them seem to be of the camping equipment variety… Rather light weight.

Anyhoo... What might be done to really effectively remove the rust? (I was thinking Pumie Stone) and could they be bought right back to any sort of shine?
