Has anyone made these from the The Last Course book? I just put the dough together for the tart shells for the first time and it is very dry and crumbly and will not hold together. I consulted with a friend who made them last Sept. and she says she remmebers adding a lot more butter to make the tart dough work. I just put mine into my food processor and added another egg yolk and it is holdng together better. I am wondering if there is a typo in the book and the recipe should have read 1 lg. egg not 1 lg.egg yolk. Anyone know?
