Looking for classic, 50's-style tableside service

I moved here (to NoCal) from LA about two months. One of the up-and-coming culinary things in LA was a throwback to upscale restaurants of the 1950's where table-side service was the norm. There are restaurants that do everything from make the Caesar salad, carve the roast beef, sauté the Steaks Diane, and finish off with a coffee that is flamed with brandy on an orange peel ~ all tableside.

Any places like this in Northern California?
