Circassian restaurant(s) in the Tri-State Area

Martin Peck | Jul 11, 2006 02:07 PM

A few years ago, an Armenian friend of mine told me that he thought he saw a Circassian (!) restaurant in Brooklyn. Does anyone know anything about this, and if the restaurant is not in Brooklyn, are there others in the Tri-State Area? FYI, Circassian is an Abkhazo-Adyghe language spoken in the Northwest Caucasus Mountains in Russia. The Circassians, or Cherkess, are well-renowned for their horsemanship and the linguistic complexity of their languages. Thanks!
