Wanted to see if anyone had heard of the new restaurant, NuVo in Florence, KY. The chef used to be at Rando's in western hill. I ate there over the weekend and was very surprised how good it was. I believe the focus is on regional American food. They have a kentucky tomme starter that is to die for. I went with a group so I got to taste almost everything off the menu. The Kobe was melt in your mouth. The lamb was a tad over cooked, wish I would have said rare. The chicken was very moist and the mascarpone grits were wonderful.
