Two New on Church Avenue

Mike R. | Mar 16, 200806:20 PM

Just opened during the past week: "Falafel Fusion", a shomer shabbos eatery serving breakfast (omelets, etc.), lunch and dinner...between East 2nd and East 3rd Streets.
Also the fluorescently-blazing "Abdullah" (Paki-Indi-Bangla) sweets and steam table to add competitive zest against the mighty Sughanda and Jhinuk...between McDonald and Dahill.

Of the latter, went Saturday night for the "index items", a quick sheekh kabab and samosa...they had neither, but promised "tomorrow"...haven't sampled the Fusion yet, early Kensington blog reviews have been lukewarm.

Anyone venture past the threshhold yet?...easy access from the "F" stop.
