My partner and I will be spending late December in Belgium and in looking over relevant CH posts, most are fairly old. We're looking for good restaurants to eat that aren't "past their prime," as some previous commenters noted for some of the earlier recommendations, plus, especially, places to try for Christmas dinner (or Christmas Eve, if that's easier). Also looking forward to great beer and wine. Not looking for Michelin stars, but not ruling them out either. Thanks!
