New Chowhounder - 4 Days in Paris

choiboy930 | Feb 13, 201109:19 PM     1

Hello all,
Long time reader first time poster. I am planning a trip to Europe and we are staying 4 days in Paris.

I was hoping you experienced Chowhounders could help me out. I am looking for one Fine dining experience in Paris and any other suggestions of what can't be missed. Price is not an issue for the Fine dining experience.

Some places we had in mind are:

Pierre Gagnaire
L'Astrance

We were looking at Le Chateaubriand but saw mixed reviews. Any input would be appreciated.

I know Paris is a large city and tastes will vary. But if there are any places the community agrees is a can't miss such as Berthillion or anything edible I would greatly greatly appreciate it.

Looking forward to your input!!!

PS - We are not sure where we are staying but prefer to stay within the city.

Thanks in advance.
