Finally got a chance to stop in at new Chouquet's (in former Pauli's space) on Fillmore/Washington. Correct phone above. Met Woman Sous Chef (Chef listed on menu is Frederic Proust). Menu briefly, as follows: Hope to hear some reports on food, or report back soon.
