Hoping someone can help. I used to have a recipe for a chocolate cake with mousse filling made in a loaf pan. The cake was made in a sheet pan and then cut to fit the dimensions of a loaf pan. The mousse filling added then another piece of cake covered. Once set in the refrigerator, the entire cake was frosted...ganache, I think. Does this sound familiar? Thought it was from the Spago Chocolate cookbook but can't find it there.
