Chinese restaurant in Fresno

I feel compelled to post a report on the most wonderful chinese restaurant. The name is China Chili and is located at N. West and W. Shaw in the same area as the social security office. Apparently, it is now under either new management or new owner ship. We had dined there in the past and enjoyed it but now it is absolutely memorable! The presentation of the dishes were fit for a king (emperor?). We started off with a sizzling rice soup which sizzled appropriately and was full of chicken and vegetables. There were three of us and we each chose a dish to share. One was a shrimp duo where half the shrimp were prepared one way and the other half another. The brilliant thing about this dish, aside from the wonderful flavors, was that the shrimp on the plate were separated by a "wall" of sliced cucumbers artfully arranged on their edges. Also garnishing the plate was a beautifully carved dicon radish (no flavor...just an embellishment) adding to the eye appeal. Another entree we had was a sauteed salmon fillet in an interesting, dark sweet and sour sauce. The third offering was called Tangerine Chicken. The chicken was crunchy, the sauce delightful and the sliced tangerines ringing the plate
