Chinese Lobster Sauce

Hi All,

Could someone please explain why many Chinese restaurants serve something called Lobster Sauce when it is pretty obvious that there is no lobster present in the recipe??

I mean it is pretty tasty (ground pork with a garlicky black bean sauce, NO?) especially with good quality shrimp mixed in... but why *LOBSTER* sauce??

Inquiring minds.......
