We have worked on our chinese cuisine, and we make stuff as good as any of the local restaurants. The same goes for italian, we even make our own pasta.
Now, I've never been to China and I live far from much authentic chinese cuisine. I have been to Italy, but it was many years ago. The only local italian is, unfortunately, the "Olive Garden," yuck and yawn.
So now we are stuck in a rut. What recommendations do you have for home experimentation? We do have access to local markets with good ingredients, the local Asain market is nicely stocked.
