Looking for Certain Chinese Hot Chili Oil

A restaurant I go to has one of the best hot chili oils I've ever had. It has a really good tangy taste, the only thing I can compare it to is that it is similar to the deep flavor of sundried tomatoes. It's packed with ground chilies. I bought one jar of garlic hot chili oil, but it's not the same. The garlic version I have is good. The label has an Asian man's photo on it. He kind of looks like the actor who played Jack Klugman's assistant on Quincy...
Before I go and by one of everyone on the shelf, can someone suggest which one this might be? Also a brand, or what to look for on the label.
