Chinese "egg cakes"

SharonA | Nov 12, 200107:53 AM     6

There are a few vendors in NYC's Chinatown selling these delicious little snacks--oblong marble-sized "cakes" that come out of a waffle-iron type of thing with marble-size depressions in it. Light and slightly sweet, very eggy, and delicious. The batter is like a souped-up waffle batter. 20 for $1. Anyone know anything about these?
