Non-Chinese Asian on Eastern Shore...

Hello, fellow hounders!

We moved out to the Eastern Shore in July, and have really started to grow tired of the limited options out here. Don't get me wrong, we've been diligent in finding gems (such as Plaza Tapatia in Easton), but there's only so much mexican food that we can eat before it just won't satisfy our urges for non-waterman food. And yes, we do revel in the fact that we have access to great crabcakes, etc, out here.

What we do miss from our days much, much closer in are the non-chinese Asian restaurants that are readily accessible. We love Thai and Korean food, and recently satisfied our intense craving for good Vietnamese by spending Valentines at Huong Que at the Eden Center.

Does anyone have any thought on non-Chinese Asian cuisine that won't necessitate either a trip to Annapolis _OR_ a trip over to Dover?

Heck, I'd even be interested in a good recommendation for GOOD hunan or szechwan cuisine, since I can't even seem to find that out here.

Someone's gotta know if there's a hidden Thai/Korean/Vietnamese/Japanese/Filipino/Malaysian restaurant out here!
