I hear that it's Alaskan King Crab season and all my friends in Toronto and Vancouver keep rubbing it in my face that they've had the best Alaskan King Crab feasts.
I'm wondering if any of you out there know of a good Chinese restaurant that prepare a large king crab several ways? They usually steam the legs with garlic, deep fry the knuckles with salt and pepper, make fried rice from the insides of the shell etc.
The restaurant can be in Flushing or Brooklyn. I don't mind traveling to the outer boroughs for my food.
I remember reading an Eater or Serious Eats article about it awhile ago but I must not have saved it.
I'd appreciate it if guys have recommendations for me.
