Chinatown for newbies

With the forecast looking like it might be pretty nice on Saturday, I was thinking about taking some out-of-towners (3 teens and their dad) for a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge and into Chinatown for lunch. These are folks from a teensy-weensy town in Michigan and while I'd like to have them experience decent Chinese food, I'm not looking to blow their minds or their tastebuds. They're open-minded, but not terribly adventurous eaters.

Any recommendations for a tourist-friendly restaurant with good offerings from the non-spicy side of the menu?
