Going to Chinatown Express for lunch today. It's my first time there. I understand that the noodles should definitely be gotten (probably in soup, since the fried items tend to be oily).
What I've been hankering for is lobster, and I know theirs will be fresh. I've read that the lobster stir-fried with ginger and scallions is great. Any Chowhounds who've had it? Do you recommend it, or should we stick to fresh noodles in seafood soup, fresh steamed dumplings, and maybe a stir-fried or steamed veggie dish? (If a veggie dish, any one you particularly recommend?)
