Does anyone know of anywhere in the city to find an order of chiles en nogada? Done well? I had them once in a restaurant when I stayed in San Miguel de Allende (WOW!), and though I have asked many a Mexican friend, no one seems to know where to find an authentic version here in Chicago. Chiles rellenos, sure, but can't find chiles en nogada. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough....I saw Rick Bayless making them on his show....I have not gone to Frontera/Topolobombo yet. Maybe they make'em there? Thanks in advance!
