I had the most flavorsome 1/2 Chicken Gai-Yang at Menjin Thai Tapas last night. Sweet, sour, BBQ-crunchiness in some places and succulent juiciness in others. A masterpiece! The chef told me he marinates the birds for 3 days, with six herbs...and I have the nerve to "gobble" the thing down in two minutes!
Pollo la Brasa @ Western/8th has been my favorite BBQ chicken for sometime but this really is closing in on it.
