I am cooking dinner for a large group, 2 of whom are vegetarians who eat seafood. I'm planning a dish that involves thin chicken cutlets, wrapped around a spinach and feta mixture and baked at 325 for an hour. I have found a similar recipe using fish fillets that bake for 30 minutes at 425. I want to use one oven temp if possible. Any idea how to adjust time and temp to do this (they don't have to bake for the same time, just at the same temp, but I do need an idea of how long each should bake at whatever temp might work)?
