I'm planning to make Chicken Parm this weekend and I want to use a whole chicken so I can use the odds and ends for stock. But I'm wondering what I should do with the wings and drum sticks.

I'm wondering if anyone has some interesting ideas that's not just tossing them in sauce or grilling them.
