Chicago Metallic VS. Fat Daddios

mrpotato | Sep 2, 2011 02:04 AM

I currently own a few Chicago Metallic cake pans, but recently discovered Fat Daddios line of bakeware.

I know Chicago Metallic is made of aluminized steel, whereas Fat Daddios is made of anodized steel--Can anyone tell me what the difference between the two are?

Before I continue building my bakeware pans, which of the two do you folks prefer better?

Factors to consider:
-Warping
-discoloration
-heat conduction & even baking

PS. Where do people get their Chicago Metallic nowadays? It seems like William Sonoma carries another brand now.

Which one do you prefer? Why?

Thanks
