Chicago Hot Dog Brands

I am a hot dog lover from N.J. I've only had the Vienna brand here once at a cart in Jersey about 2 hours from my home. In my opinion it was ok; I had a skinless one. I prefer natural casing. We have a brand here called Shofar which is made in Chicago and called Best's Kosher in Chi. Which do you think is a better dog? Plus I know that the dogs served at Fluky's are not Vienna; they are made by Klement's in Milwaukee. SuperDawg also does not use Vienna Beef; I don't know their brand. In a recent tasting hosted by the Chicago Tribune, the Fluky's dog (Klement's) came in first, while Usinger's (Milwaukee) and Best's were tied for second. Vienna was way down in the list. Your opinions welcome.
